G-Wordwide Vs Kiss Daniel: Court Case Adjourned To May By Lagos Federal High Court

Much As We Are Made To Understand, The Earlier Report Circulating The Internet Which Assign Victory To Kiss Daniel Over Legal Battle With His Aggrieved Former Label, G-Worldwide Entertainment, Is Nothing But A Purported Information.

On March 9th 2017 being Friday, the case filed against the (now) Flyboy I.N.C boss, Kiss Daniel by his former record label, Emperor Geezy’s G-Worldwide Entertainment was adjourned to May 16th.

According to the report from the right source, the Federal High Court sitting in Lagos ruled that having made a case for the grant of injunctions against the artists, on the basis that the same evidence which was presented for the grant of the injunctions are same with those submitted to the court for the trial and main issue, the court is constrained to make an order for an accelerated hearing and trial of the matter.

In line to this effect, recalling earlier order dated back in December which had the court ordered both parties to maintain status quo under the recording contract, and by virtue of the fact that both parties have submitted themselves to the court, parties are to refrain from taking any steps or doing any act that may affect the final decision of the court.

Both parties are expected to come before the court on 16th May, 2018 with their witnesses while they appear on the case date to tender their evidence and testify before the court.
